I specialized in the coaching of leaders/managers of multinational corporations, based on my own business experience in corporate finance (banking), PR and and my leadership experience in NGOs.
I specialized in supporting my coachees in leadership skills, conflict management, negotiation skills, personal branding, carrier planning, outplacement and abrasive leaders.
I teach conflict management, negotiation skills, self awareness, assertive communication and outplacement to future coaches at the Coach Academy and Budapest College of Communication. I'm mentor coach of coaches applying for ACC level credential at ICF.
